30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Have original tags and labels attached (if applicable)
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or other reasons:

  • Personal care items (opened)
  • Food items and perishables
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Pack item securely in original packaging if possible
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Include your RMA number on the package
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error
  • Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
  • Risk of Loss: You are responsible for the item until we receive it
  • Free Return Labels: Provided for defective items or our errors

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
  • Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days for credit cards, longer for other methods
  • Notification: Email confirmation when refund is processed

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns that are not in original condition, have missing parts, or show signs of use not due to our error. This includes:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items with missing accessories or documentation
  • Items showing wear beyond normal handling
  • Electronic items without original software/drivers

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or style (if available). Follow the same return process and indicate you want an exchange in your RMA request.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Expedite processing of your return
  • Offer a full refund or replacement
  • Cover all associated shipping costs

Warranty Information

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. These warranties are in addition to your return rights. For warranty claims, we can help facilitate the process with the manufacturer.

International Returns

Currently, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. International customers should contact us for assistance with defective items.
