Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 United States, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
Note: We do not currently ship internationally outside of the United States and its territories.
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Large Items: 2-3 business days
- Custom Orders: 3-5 business days
- Holiday Periods: May require additional processing time
Processing time begins after payment is verified and does not include shipping transit time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Large Item Shipping
Large items (furniture, appliances, etc.) may require special shipping arrangements:
- White glove delivery available for an additional fee
- Curbside delivery is standard for large items
- Assembly services available upon request
- Delivery appointment will be scheduled after order processing
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information:
- Tracking number and carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Direct link to track your package
- SMS tracking updates (optional)
Delivery Information
What to Expect
- Packages require a signature for orders over $200
- If you're not available, a delivery attempt notice will be left
- Packages may be left at your door for orders under $200 (carrier discretion)
- Apartment deliveries may be left with front desk or management
Delivery Issues
- Missing packages: Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
- Damaged packages: Note damage on delivery receipt and contact us immediately
- Incorrect address: Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
Military & International Shipping
Military APO/FPO Addresses
We proudly ship to military APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping rates apply, and delivery times may be extended due to overseas transit.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the US and its territories. We're working to expand our shipping areas in the future.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-January), please note:
- Extended processing times may apply
- Shipping carriers may experience delays
- Order early to ensure holiday delivery
- Expedited shipping recommended for time-sensitive gifts
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have shipping restrictions:
- Hazardous materials (batteries, chemicals, aerosols)
- Oversized items that exceed carrier limits
- Items restricted by state or local laws
- Perishable items requiring special handling
Restrictions will be noted on product pages and during checkout.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are automatically insured for their full value at no additional cost. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
